I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina at Aiken where I majored in Early Childhood Education.  I completed my Master's of Education at Columbia College, in Divergent Learning.  I began working at East Aiken in 2002 as a kindergarten teacher.  In 2009 I moved to the position of Reading Interventionist/Reading Recovery teacher here at East Aiken.  In 2015 I became the Literacy Coach, and I supervise our Early Childhood Intervention Program.  I love my job and all the students, administration, teachers, and staff members here at East Aiken!  It is a wonderful place to work.
