Welcome! My name is Jessica Bacon. I am so excited to be your child's Physical Education teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be my fourth year teaching physical education. However, I have been in education for the past 23 years. I graduated from USCA with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2001. In 2007 I completed my Master's degree in Educational Technology. I did my student teaching here at Warrenville Elementary in 2001. I then taught third grade for two years. After that I spent the next 17 years teaching first grade. While I absolutely loved teaching first grade, I was ready for a change, so I became certified in PE. My goal this year is to help your child develop healthy habits and a love for physical fitness that will last a lifetime. 

In my personal life I have been happily married for 18 years, and I have 2 amazing little girls ages 10 and 13. I love children, teaching, and fitness, and I love working at Warrenville Elementary!
