Students at Millbrook Elementary joined us in the cafeteria for an exciting and educational Chartwells Discovery Kitchen Event in December. December’s theme, “Spice it Up!”, aims to celebrate the world of spices, and to educate students on how to season various foods without salt. Students sampled Ginger Pork Bulgogi served over a bed of vegetable Fried Rice. They were thrilled to take home recipe cards for recreating the dish at home and had fun learning about the origin of the dish. See below photos from the event!
