    Paying Online for A-La-Carte Specialty Items

    • Through CEP, all students will enjoy one breakfast and one lunch at no cost. However, should a student wish to purchase an à la carte specialty item such as Hershey’s ice cream or chips, which will be offered in all cafés, cash in hand or funds available in the student’s Meal Payments Portal will be needed.

      Our Meal Payments Portal, TITAN Family Portal, has been upgraded to LINQ Connect. Login information for families already using TITAN Family Portal will be transferred over to LINQ Connect, so, for existing users, there will be no need to set up a new username and password.

      LINQ Connect will allow families to set up one-time or recurring payments, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, set low-balance notifications, and more.

      Because payment will be needed for those specialty items at the time of service, students will not acquire new lunch debt beginning this year.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

    2023-2024 Program

    • For the 2023-2024 school year, Aiken County Public Schools will have a revamped School Food Service Program! We are excited for our partnership with Chartwells and for our cafeteria staff members to work alongside Chartwells' chefs to introduce new healthy and nutritious menu options to our students.

      Families do not need to complete a meal application. All Aiken County Public Schools qualify to participate in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) and all students will have the opportunity to receive a delicious breakfast and lunch at no cost while school is in session.

    Adult Meal Pricing

    • Teachers and staff, as well as visiting parents/guardians and guests are invited (and encouraged) to dine in our cafes.

      While all students are able to enjoy a no-cost breakfast and lunch each day school is in session through our district-wide utilization of the Community Eligibility Provision, adult meal pricing is set by the USDA and South Carolina Department of Education and is $3.10 for breakfast and $4.85 for lunch.
