WELCOME TO AIKEN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL - We are so excited to welcome you to Aiken Intermediate School (AIS), a unique learning environment that was created to meet the social, emotional and academic goals of our sixth-grade students as they transition from elementary school to middle school!
Each school year, we look forward to welcoming rising sixth grade students from Aiken Elementary, Chukker Creek Elementary, East Aiken School of the Arts, J.D. Lever Elementary, Millbrook Elementary, North Aiken Elementary, and Oakwood-Windsor Elementary.

2024 SC READY SPRING ASSESSMENTS- The South Carolina College- and Career-Ready Assessment (SC READY) program is a statewide assessment in English language arts (ELA) and mathematics in grades 3–8 and science for grades 4 and 6. The SC READY tests measure the South Carolina College- and Career-Ready Standards taught in ELA, Math, and Science classes. For additional information, click for English or for Spanish.
