Greetings Explorers!!
My name is LaLisa Folk. I am the Science teacher for Camp Odyssey. This year I finished up my 22nd year in education. I enjoy learning new things and sharing my love of knowledge with others.
A little about me, we recently purchased our second home and currently reside in Graniteville with my wonderful husband of 26 years and our amazing 4 children (2 girls & 2 boys). My daughters are recent graduates from Claflin University and Clemson University. My oldest son, Gavin will be a sophomore at USC- Aiken this fall and my youngest son will be a freshmen this fall at South Aiken High School.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, traveling, and learning new things.This summer I will be attending a week long training on the new Science standards and ways to improve my teaching of those standards. I hope to finally finish unpacking my garage and getting completely unpacked.
