Hello, my name is Mrs. Bouknight.  I teach second grade here at RSM Elementary. This is my 25th year teaching and have all been here at RS-M.  I went to college at USC-Aiken, where I received my B.A. in Elementary Education.  I continued my learning and received my Masters in Literacy from Lesley University.

I currently live in my hometown of Batesburg-Leesville, with my husband, two sons, our dogs and rabbit.   

My students, parents and I will work together to create a wonderful, fun-filled year of learning.  I look forward to watching each child in my room bloom and grow into responsible learners. 

The 2023-24 school year is going to be just as remarkable as all the others in the past!
