My name is Johnny Bundrick, and I will be your child’s physical education teacher this year. I have been teaching for 21 years and am currently beginning my 22nd year here at RSM. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina at Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, a Master’s of Science in Sport Management from the United States Sports Academy, and my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. I am married, and I have five children: Kailey, 28, Mackenzie, 22, Cayden, 21, Riley, 19, and Bennett, 14. My amazing wife Mindy and I live in Gilbert. My oldest daughter Kailey is married and lives in Chicago with her husband Ian.  Mackenzie has just graduated from the College of Charleston.  Riley is a Sophomore at THE University of South Carolina, majoring in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Pre-Law.

I also coached varsity football at RSM High for 17 years. However, I have had to take a break from coaching to focus on my Doctorate. I spend my spare time supporting my children's activities. Being an Eagle Scout, I try to stress the importance of responsibility, dependability, and leadership to my students. 

Your child will be taught using the South Carolina Physical Education Standards and will explore various activities as the year progresses. My goal here at RSM is to develop children with strong minds and strong bodies, and character. I use physical education to give them the tools to become healthy, physically active, moral, and productive citizens of our RSM community.
