Hello! I am Ms. Evenson and I am Graniteville Elementary's School Counselor. 

I grew up in Rock Hill, South Carolina as well as attended Winthrop University there. I earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a Minor in Health and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Development. 

This is my seventh year as a school counselor and my seventh year working for the Ï㽶ӰÊÓ. I was Graniteville Elementary's Teacher of the Year for the 2021-2022 school year. 

I love the Graniteville community and the families who live here. I look forward to serving the 4K to 5th grade students of Graniteville Elementary along with helping them to learn and grow. I am excited about the 2023-2024 school year and feel extremely blessed to be here. 

As the 23-24 school year comes to an end, this year will be my last as the Graniteville Elementary School Counselor. I will be moving back to my hometown to be closer to my family and continue to be a caretaker for my mother.
