Welcome to the Aiken Scholars Academy Counseling Department!

The goal of our department is to provide a comprehensive, developmental school counseling program for our students. The program is designed to address the needs of all students by helping them acquire competency in educational development, interpersonal growth, and career planning.

ASA's School Counseling Office aims to provide scholars with the support needed to become responsible, self-sufficient, productive, contributing members of the community. Our efforts are part of a collaborative process that includes our parents, teachers and administration in the process.

Upcoming Events:

• • • September 11 – 29 – Senior IGPs.  To sign up, click .   This meeting is for both students and parents/ guardians.  Please DO NOT schedule an appointment during college classes.    Missing a college class for an IGP will not be considered an excused absence.

    • September 14 – Ï㽶ӰÊÓ Night from 5:00 - 8:30 at James Brown Arena in Augusta.

    • September 28 – College Application Day 11:00 – 1:00 @ ASA Room 122 (Ms. James’ room).  Meet with college admissions reps that will help with college application questions.  Many colleges also waive application fees on this day.
