I am so excited to be part of the Redcliffe family this year! Although this is my first year at Redcliffe, this year will mark my 25th year as a classroom teacher. I have spent the majority of my teaching career in the Lowcountry. My husband's job transfer brought us to Aiken. We live on a small horse farm and spend the majority of our time outside taking care of our animals and maintaining the property. 

My husband and I enjoy watching college football on Saturdays. We are big SEC fans!

I recently graduated from USC (Go Gamecocks!) with a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction. My passion is reading and writing, and I look forward to sharing my enthusiam with my students. 

I believe in building a community of learners within the classroom. It is important to me to get to know each student individually and build a trusting relationship with them as well as their families.
