Hello! I am so excited to be your child’s teacher for the 2023-2024 school year! I cannot wait to get to know your student and learn just how smart, kind, and unique they are!

I want to start by introducing myself to you. My name is Taylor Harling and I was born and raised right here in Aiken. In my spare time, I enjoy serving in my church, crafting, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. Some of my favorites include Amazon shopping, Sprite, chocolate, flowers, & anything gray or purple. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Aiken with a BA in Early Childhood Education and from Clemson University with a Masters degree in Literacy. This is my seventh year teaching. I am very excited to be at Redcliffe and even more excited to be in kindergarten with your student!

Hi! My name is Melissa Vanderhoff. I am Ms. Harling’s Aide. I am looking forward to working with your child this year and watching them grow. This is my 15th year at Redcliffe. I am married with 3 children and 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter. I live in Beech Island. Some of my favorite things are painting, crafts, chocolate, and pens. I love to collect pens. I like the colors blue and turquoise.

We are going to have a great year learning and growing together!
