Hi! My name is Van Williams and I am a 4K teacher here at Redcliffe Elementary. This is my first year teaching at Redcliffe, but my fourth year teaching in total having taught both 4K and 5K. I am so happy to be joining the Recliffe family! My goal for this school year is to provide my students with an engaging and enriched learning environment that allows each student to reach their full potential. One of my many favorite parts about being a teacher is building strong relationships with my students and their families because I believe it takes a strong community support system to help a child reach their full potential.  I attended USC Aiken and earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education in 2020. In the future, I plan on getting my master's in counseling so that I can become a guidance counselor.
