Hello! My name is Mrs. Nancy McDonald and I am the School Counselor for Greendale Elementary School!! This is my first year at Greendale and I'm excited to see what this year has in store!

I am from Fort Worth, TX  but I have lived in South Carolina since 2018. I attended Baylor University where I received my Bachelor's of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Social Work. After completing a teacher certification program, I knew I had an undeniable passion for Special Education and School Counseling, so I decided to continue my education. I graduated from Texas A & M University- Corpus Christi with my Masters in School Counseling in 2006. I am so excited to have a career in a field that is so dear to my heart.

When I have free time, I enjoy spending time with my 18 year old daughter, Enid, who is a Freshman at USC-Aiken and my 15 year old son, Wyatt, who is a Sophomore at Midland Valley High. I am a huge football fan (Go Cowboys!). I also enjoy reading, taking cruises, cooking, playing tennis, listening to music and going to the movies.
