 Volleyball tryouts will be held Friday July 28th -Tuesday August 1st, 2023, 3:30-5:30pm each day.

Students must turn in the following paperwork to Coach Sanders before they are allowed to try out:

1. Current Sports Physical dated after April 1st, 2023 (ALL paperwork can be found on the athletics tab on SMS website)

2. Parent Permission form

3. Completed insurance form

4. Concussion acknowledgement form

5.  If you are selected for the team, any other paperwork will be completed at your parent/team meeting.
