This is my 17th year with Aiken County Public Schools and my first year as an OWES Wise Owl! I began my teaching career with ACPSD at Clearwater Elementary, where I taught part-time for 11 years. I spent the next 5 years teaching elementary music and middle school chorus at Busbee Elementary and A.L Corbett Middle in Wagener. I have previously taught World Music and Group Piano at Converse College and USC-Aiken. I remain active in the community as a piano teacher and accompanist. I am the Sunday School Director, VBS Director, and Children's Christmas Musical Director for Mt. Beulah Baptist Church where I have been a member for 5 years. I live in Windsor with my husband, Gene, and my daughters, Kaitlyn (15) and Abbi (3). I am excited about building a comprehensive and ongoing music program at Oakwood-Windsor Elementary School! Windsor is my home and I cannot wait to see my OWES Wise Owls shine!
