Hello!

I am Chelsea Mosher.  I am excited to continue my journey at Oakwood-Windsor this year, but in a different capacity.  Five years ago I relocated to Aiken; I am originally from a very small town in Pennsylvania, about 3 hours north of Pittsburgh. I taught third grade here at Oakwood-Windsor until the 2021 school year.  I am now teaching in the Math Lab to students grades in 4k-5th. I'm excited about getting the math lab up and running for our OWES to become wise mathematicians. I am a 2015 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford, obtained my Master's Degree in Special Education (Birth-8) with an Autism endorsement from Slippery Rock University, and obtained a Gifted and Talented Endorsement from USC-Aiken.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my sweet daughter.  I love being so close to the ocean.  Being in South Carolina has been a major change, but I enjoy pursuing my dreams in this area.

The school year is going to be a time for my students and I to grow together.  We are going to focus on being responsible learners, working together as a community, and building others up along our journey together.  We are going to be flexible and give ourselves and others grace.  It is going to be a great year!
