Welcome to my Speech Therapy homepage for East Aiken School of the Arts! I have been providing speech therapy services at East Aiken School of the Arts since 2017, but have been providing speech therapy services for the pediatric population (children) since 2002.  I love serving the students at East Aiken School of the Arts and have so much fun integrating arts into speech therapy services.  One of the many ways the arts are integrated into speech therapy services is through implementation of weekly, push-in Sounds In Motion lessons provided by the Speech Language Pathologist (ME) for the 4-5 year old kindergarten classes.  The Kindergarten students love Sounds In Motion (SIM) and it has proven to be very helpful with sound acquisition, phonological awareness and enhancing early reading skills.  The SIM lessons also facilitate learning through the Fundations program used in all of our Kindergarten through second grade classrooms.
