Teaching Artist Tamara Smith has lived and worked in and around Aiken, SC, for most of her life. Although she developed an appreciation for all mediums of visual art while studying art at Winthrop University and USC Aiken, where she earned a Bachelor's in Art for Fine Art, most or her portfolio consists of acrylics and watercolors with a wide variety of subject matters. The possibilites are endless this year in the art room as all grade levels will be exposed to multiple medias, and all students will have the opportunity to find their strengths in the field of visual arts.
