This year in the art room all classes will:

 Learn how to make different kinds of art.

 Learn how to use different materials and tools.

· Learn to use art vocabulary  

· Work on our skills as artists and creators. 

· Learn from the many great artists who have come before us.

· Constantly strive to do our work better than the last time we tried. 

· Get messy!

The Classroom Expectations:

1. Students will be in control of their bodies.

2.Students will be in control of their voices.

3.Students will use their imaginations.

4.Students will focus and concentrate.

5.Students will cooperate. 

Our school wide expectations follow the Acting Right Actors Toolbox system. 

The best way to have a good day in the art room is to show respect:

1. Respect for each other.

2. Respect for our space.

3. Respect for our materials.
