• Thank you for your interest in becoming a school volunteer!

    Volunteers must be approved each school year.  To be an approved volunteer, you must view and complete the linked forms below at least 2 weeks before the volunteer event. This allows schools time to input your information and receive approval through Hall Pass.  

    • Step 1: Watch the Training Video
    • Step 2: Electronically sign the Acknowledgement of watching the Training Video form 
    • Step 3: Read the Volunteer Expectations
    • Step 4: Sign the Acknowledgement of Volunteer Conduct Expectations form. You do not need to print out the form and sign it. You can sign electronically at this step. 
    • Step 5: Complete the Volunteer Application form
    • Step 6: Once step 1-5 is completed, you will need to take your driver's license to any ACPSD school and have the office process it in the HALL PASS system.
