Schofield Rams Named Aiken County Middle School Academic Team Champions
Schofield Middle School's Academic Team, coached by Mr. Aaron Knowles, a 7th Grade Social Studies Teacher, finished the season with 10 wins and 1 loss. This is the best record of all middle schools in Aiken County which led our Academic Team, "Team Awesome" to be named the Aiken County Middle School Academic Team Champions!
Academic team competitions consist of students from each school competing against each other in a “quiz bowl” fashion. A question is read aloud by the moderator and students “buzz-in” with their answers.
Congratulations to the team including Team Captain Kimberly Niksarian, 8th Grade, Ryan Crapse, 8th Grade, Daigan “Dizzy” Hallman, 8th Grade, Lorena Tiller, 8th Grade, Emma “Alex” Baggot, 8th Grade, Kaori Ramirez-Goji, 8th Grade, and Christopher Ortiz-Miranda, 7th Grade.
