• All students at Schofield Middle School are able to meet with their assigned School Counselor. In an effort for our School Counseling Department to respect your child's instructional time, we encourage all to please follow the referral process. There are 3 ways to submit a request to see your School Counselor:

    1. Self-referral: Students must complete a referral form (via Microsoft forms) to request to see their respective School Counselor. Students are typically seen before school, during the change of classes, during the student's lunch period, and/or after school,

    2. Parent/Guardian referral: As a parent/guardian, if you see that your child may benefit from speaking with their School Counselor, please feel free to contact us via email or call us to schedule a conference to meet with you to discuss your concerns, and

    3. Teacher or Staff referral: teacher's may refer a student to their School Counselor if they have any concerns with that student's behavior, personal/social interactions, and academic concerns. Teachers will submit referrals via email or conference with the counselor.

We try our best not to interrupt your child's instructional time. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your child's School Counselor.
