Hi! My name is Whitney Bledsoe. This is my second year teacher at Jefferson. I teach fifth grade reading, writing, and Social Studies. I am so excited to begin the year with fifth grade and your students! I live with my three kids: Jordan 13, Savannah 11, and Bailey 8 with our English Mastiff; Bruce in Ridge Spring. We enjoy being active and outdoors on the weekends. Including: running, kayaking, swimming, fishing, camping, and hiking. I also enjoy reading, crocheting, and embroidery in my downtime. My favorite place is the beach or by water because it is so calming and relaxing. I graduated from WGU with a Bachelors in Elementary Education in 2019. I have been in the classroom since 2014. I am currently in my Masters program for Instructional Design and Learning in Technology.
