• At ALCMS we recognize our scholars who display one of the seven Leader in Me Habits. As our school initiates the journey of being a Leader in Me school, teachers from each grade nominate students each month who represent one of the seven Leader in Me habits: Be Proactive, Begin with the End in Mind, Put First Things First, Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, Synergize, and Sharpen the Saw. The scholars selected will be commended with recognition by having their picture on display within our school and receive a certificate. Additionally, students, faculty, and staff will learn how each student has demonstrated the highlighted habit. This not only highlight the positive behavior of scholars for a job well done and serves as a model for other scholars.
