Our school, along with 29 others in 香蕉影视, are participating in the Aiken County Battle of the Books on Thursday, April 20 (Elementary) and Friday, April 21 (Middle). Battle of the Books is a reading competition designed to improve reading and comprehension while building enthusiasm for reading using a fun and unique competition format. Approximately 158 students, representing the winning teams from their schools, attend the district level of competition, where they are given "swag bags" filled with rewards for their accomplishments, lunch, snacks, and other rewards. Were it not for our gracious community partners and sponsors, this would not be possible.
