Sports Physical
Sports Physicals will be held April 25 at NAHS at 3:30 in the gym.
The cost is $10 dollars and you can pay on NAHS Gofan page or cash at the door.

Please see Coach Morris for a physical form or the main office and have your parents/guardian fill out the history form and sign prior to the physicals.
All current PK athletes and anyone interested in trying out for PK sports is highly encouraged to take advantage of this great opportunity!!
