I have been teaching physical education and health for 25 years at Paul Knox Middle School.I have also served as Athletic Director for 25 years. During that time, I was the Head Coach for the volleyball and Girls Basketball teams. We have won numerous city and county championships during my time as Athletic Director and Coach.

Sports Physical Form
The health and safety of our student athletes is most important. All participants are required to have an annual sports physical by a certified medical professional.

Student Athlete Physical Evaluation Information
An annual physical evaluation is required for all student athletes prior to participating in any and all school sanctioned athletic practices or events.This requirement is mandated by the South Carolina High School League.
