I am an English teacher at Silver Bluff High School. I currently teach English 4 CP & Honors and English 1 CP. I am from Thomson, Georgia, and I received my Bachelor's degree in English and my Master's degree in Secondary Education from Augusta University. My original goal was to become a full-time writer, but, while earning my Bachelor's degree, I discovered that I had a passion for serving people. Instead of focusing on my own passion for reading and writing, I wanted to instill that same kind of passion in others because reading and writing are necessary skills that so many young people take for granted. This is my sixth year at the Bluff, and I am excited to return!
