Who I am at school:

I have been in education since the early 1990's. I taught Kindergarten and First Grade in private schools in New Orleans, LA and near Estill, SC. I have been an ABA therapist, classroom assistant, an educational therapist, and a homeschool parent. I have worked with students from preschool age to high school. Two of my children struggled through school. I, myself, understand a little bit of what it is like to struggle in school. I have served in  many capacities through the years and love working with students of all ages. I believe that each student  is capable and full of potential. 

Who I am at home:

I have been married to Mr. Wilson for 32 years. I have 5 grandchildren, 3 children, and 1 furbaby named Vera Joy. I love plants, birds, and anything outside! I like to appreciate simple things.

One of my goals this year is to help my students become skillful in the workplace and in life.
