Fitnessgram
Students will perform 5 test to measure their fitness and see if they are in the HFZ (Healthy Fitness Zones) for their age level.
The Five Test
Pacer Test (measures cardiovascular fitness)
Push Up Test (measures muscular strength)
Curl Up Test (measures muscular endurance)
Sit and Reach/Trunk Lift (measures flexibility)
Height and Weight (Body Composition)
Students will perform these test 3 times. A pretest, mid year test, and a post test.
My Student Learning Objective is the have 70 percent of Middle School Students in the HFZ (Healthy Fitness Zone) for Pacer Test.
