  • The Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is a personalized document that 6th & 7th grade students develop with their career specialist and or counselor, parents/guardians and other supportive adults to:

    •  Chart their progress toward their goals during each school year
    •  Ensure they are on the path to graduation
    •  Determine what resources and tools they need to be prepared for a successful pathway in life after graduation.

    At this meeting you will discuss:

    • How to access additional help within their school
    • Career exploration
    • Middle school course offerings and related arts requests
    • The impact of middle school performance on future opportunities.
