Posted by Sarah Walters on 10/16/2023

2nd grade CES art students have been working very hard for the last few weeks on a mosaic quilt square project. Students learned how to use rulers, explored how different geometric shapes can fit together as part of a design, and used small pieces of recycled paper to create a mosaic-inspired artwork.

Posted by Sarah Walters on 11/10/2019 6:00:00 PM

2nd and 3rd grade Clearwater Elementary School art students have been working on Jen Stark inspired drip art for the past few weeks. Students first used pencil and paper to create lines that followed a contour pattern. Students then used color pencil to outline each layer and will begin filling in their layers with maker and paint in the next couple of weeks.

The students will use their art to create a display wall outside the artroom that we will be unveiled at the Winter Program.
