• Registration and Enrollment Procedures

    Any new student must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian to begin school.  Please see directions for registering new and returning students are on our ACPSD website.  Click Here For Information.

    The following items are required in order to enroll:

    1.  Two Proofs of Residency in the parent/guardian’s name* – acceptable proofs of residency include a mortgage contract or statement, SC Driver's License or ID card, property tax bill or receipt, utility bill (electric, water, gas), cable/satellite bill, internet bill, telephone bill, homeowners/renters insurance policy, or a notarized letter from a landlord.

    *If proofs of residency are not in the parent/guardian’s name, a Proof of Residency Form can be completed in the presence of a notary, notarized, and submitted to the School Counseling Office along with two proofs of residency of the person with whom the student is residing.

    2.  Proof of Guardianship – if a student does not reside with his/her natural or adoptive parent(s), legal guardianship approval through the court system is required for the entering student.

    3.  Proof of Immunization – SC law requires that all entering students provide immunization information.  Students from out-of-state will have 30 days to comply.

    4.  Official Withdrawal Documentation - students must have proper documentation from their previous school including fax and phone contact information in order for Wagener-Salley Staff to request student's records.

    5.  Birth Certificate

    Please be prepared and bring ALL of this required information to the School Counseling Office.
