Hello! I'm Mr. Spooner and I am the music teacher at North Aiken Elementary School. Music has been a lifelong passion of mine and it is my pleasure to share my love of music with young minds. I graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Music Education and I began teaching during the 2021-2022 school year. In addition to teaching music at North Aiken, I also serve as tenor section leader in the Chancel Choir of Saint John United Methodist Church in Augusta, Georgia. I am a native of the CSRA and Aiken and I am glad to be back home doing what I love. I strive to create a music classroom that is engaging, builds student confidence, and gives students the tools to be musicians both in and out of the classroom.
