My name is Carolyn Campbell.  This is my 26th year in education! I have taught 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade science and math. This year I’m teaching 6th & 7th-grade science.

I love teaching school and I love going to school!  Right now I am working on my doctorate degree in Learning Design and Educational Technology at USC. It is hard work but it will be worth the effort in the long run.

I have 3 children who are grown and out of the house, Jared, Brie, and Brantley. I have 4 dogs.  Charlotte is my Great Dane, Axel is my Pitbull and Rascal is my Chihuahua. We just added a pup to the pack. His name is Archer and he is a German Shepherd.  I also have a Leopard Gecko named Lizzie and a new bearded dragon that my students will name.

I'm excited about this year! I am planning to have a lot of fun with my kiddos. You can help me by making sure students have their materials for class and are ready for the day. Please ask your student about what they are learning in science. The concepts and vocabulary can be complex and your student will need to study.
