Mrs. Sabrina Buggs
My name is Sabrina Buggs. I am married to Columbus Buggs, and we live in the area with our three dogs. I am a high school graduate of Wagener-Salley High School. I graduated from the University of South Carolina-Aiken with a BA in history and Grand Canyon University with an M.Ed in secondary education. Upon graduating from USCA, I aimed to become a high school history teacher. My inspiration came from my high school history teachers. I began teaching in 2007 and spent 11 years in the classroom before becoming a lead teacher.
I am a veteran educator who has served many roles throughout the years. I have taught South Carolina History, Contemporary World History, Modern World History, and U.S. History as a classroom teacher. I worked as a content interventionist, developing curriculum and assessments and supporting the district's middle-level social studies teachers. I was also an assistant principal of an area middle school.
I have traveled throughout the country and enjoy traveling to the beach on my days off. My favorite places to visit are Charleston, Hilton-Head, and Savannah.
I look forward to serving as your Economics, Government, and United States History and Constitution teacher!
