My name is Ginger Henderson.  I am a third grade ELA and Social Studies Teacher at Glovervile Elementary School.  This is my first year back at Gloverville and it is truly an honor to be back. 

I have been in education for over 30 years.  I left teaching a few years ago after earning my second Master's Degree in Administration.  I was privileged to work at the District Office and at Byrd Elementary as an Assistant Principal.  In September of last year, I retired.  However, I truly missed working with students each day, so here I am.  It is an honor to be back in the classroom and I am so excited for what the year holds.  There is nothing like watching students learn!

So excited for the opportunity to get to know you all better this year! 

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my growing family.  My kids are grown and having kids of their own, my husband and I are loving being grandparents.
