Mr. Nathan Lobaugh - Principal

Welcome to Gloverville Elementary School! My name is Nathan Lobaugh and I'm honored to serve as the principal at Gloverville. My goal is to keep all of our students safe and help them reach their academic goals and beyond. I believe it is important that we all work together to help our children achieve these goals.

Prior to coming to Gloverville, I was the assistant principal at Oakwood-Windsor Elementary, Title I & Gifted and Talented Coordinator at the district office. I also taught 6 years at Clearwater and 4 years at North Augusta Elementary schools. While I was at Clearwater Elementary, I also coached the girls' soccer team at Midland Valley High school for two years.

I'm a product of Aiken County Public Schools having graduated from North Augusta High School. I played soccer at Coker College for a year and finished up graduating from the University of South Carolina Aiken with my bachelors in Elementary Education. I went on to receive my masters from Southern Wesleyan and Specialist in Administration at Augusta State University.

In my free time I love to coach soccer and I have been with the GA-SC Bulls since they formed in 2008. Prior to that with the Aiken Soccer Club and stops at North Augusta High and Midland Valley High Schools over the course of the last 18 years. When I'm not coaching or spending time with my family (3 nephews and 2 nieces), you can usually find me on a beach somewhere, cheering on the Gamecocks, Red Sox, or Patriots.
