LBC's special education students would be lost without the constant assistance of Mr. Phillips. He has not only served in almost every area of special education at LBC, but he has also filled in whenever the classroom teacher has been out sick, and the learning never skipped a beat. He certainly deserves the nomination of LBC's GEM of the 2024-25 school year.
