LIFE SCHOLARSHIP
Students must meet two of the following three academic criteria to receive funds at a four-year institution:

• 1100 SAT or 22 ACT by 06/17

•  cumulative 3.0 GPA based on the SC UGS upon high school graduation

•  rank in the top 30% of the graduating class

First-year students attending an eligible four-year college or university in the fall of 2024 may receive up to $5,000 (including a $300 book allowance) each academic year towards the cost of attendance.

Math and science majors are eligible to receive up to a $2,500 supplement beginning in their second/sophomore year. For students attending an eligible two-year public/private college or technical college in SC, the LIFE Scholarship pays up to the maximum cost of tuition at the two-year regional campus (plus a $300 book allowance) each academic year.

Students must earn a cumulative 3.0 GPA based on the SC UGS upon high school graduation to receive the LIFE Scholarship at a two-year college. 

SC HOPE SCHOLARSHIP

•  3.0 GPA based on the UGP upon high school graduation

First-year students attending an eligible four-year college or university may receive up to $2,800 (including a $300 book allowance) toward the cost of attendance.

• This application opens July 10, 2023 and closes June 28, 2024 (11:59 PM EST) or until funds are exhausted.
