Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!  This is my 20th year as a special education teacher.  I have worked with high school, middle school, and elementary school students.  It has been fascinating to see kids and teens at the different stages in their lives, but I absolutely love working with elementary students!

I was born and raised in Aiken and am so excited that I get to teach in the Ï㽶ӰÊÓ.  My husband and I are "empty nesters" as our son begins his junior year at the University of South Carolina. We're excited that he has chosen to be a teacher, majoring in Music Education. I love animals and currently have one dog and in my spare time, I like to read, swim, go to the beach, and support the USC bands and athletic teams.  Go Cocks!!
