My name is Shannon Erwin and I am the PE teacher here at Aiken Elementary School. I am a Yoga enthusiast and have been practicing for over 20 years. I enjoy incorporating Mindfulness techniques into my PE lessons. Throughout the year my students will have the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of sports and games. Although my students have different interests, I believe that there is some type of physical activity out there for everyone to enjoy.
