According to the SC State Department of Education "Health Science Education is a secondary program of study that promotes health career opportunities to students in grades 9-12. Integration of health science courses, work-based learning experiences, HOSA-Future Health Professionals activities, and academics allow students to make informed decisions regarding an array of careers and educational pursuits"

Our Health Science Pathway offerings include:

• Biomedical Science
• Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
• Health Science
• Sports Medicine

While Health Science has been offered at ACCTC for a number of years, Biomedical Science and Sports Medicine are in their 2nd year and EMS just started this year (2022). We are still building the websites for our newer programs.
