Welcome to 5th Grade! 

My name is Amber Moore and I am so excited to be teaching fifth grade math and science at Mossy Creek Elementary this school year. My family and I just relocated to Aiken from the Charleston, South Carolina area and we are eager to explore our new home. I previously taught in Berkeley County School District for eleven years. This is my twelfth year teaching elementary school and my fifth year teaching fifth grade. I graduated from Winthrop University in 2012 with my B.A. in Elementary Education, and I went on to earn my M.Ed. in Education Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2020. Go Gamecocks! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy going to the beach and I love spending time with my family and friends. I’m looking forward to a wonderful school year with my students and getting to know the Mossy Creek family.
