I have been teaching since 1994. This year, I will be teaching 5th grade ELA/Reading and social studies. I am excited to team teach with Mrs. Moore. She will teach Math and Science.  I received my Bachelor's degree from Lander University in 1994, and my Master's degree from the University of South Carolina in 1996. I have taught 5th grade,  3rd grade, and 1st grade.  I have enjoyed each grade and subject that I have taught in the public school system! I have been in Aiken County throughout my teaching career.

I have been married to Ricky since December 1994.  We have two children Morgan and Carson. Morgan is an RN at Piedmont Hospital where she works in L and D. She is married to Hammond. Carson works at Fort Gordon where he is a welder. He is engaged to Casey. Both of my children went to Aiken County Schools also!
