Welcome! My name is Tammy Butcher. I am the 3rd-5th grade Reading Interventionist at MCE and I teach Read 180 and System 44. I have a BA degree in Early Childhood Education from USCA, a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Southern Wesleyan University, and was trained in Reading Recovery from Clemson University. I have been teaching in Aiken County since 2000. I absolutely love my job and feel blessed to have the opportunity to teach our children how to become better readers and writers!
