The objective of art is to learn about the elements and principles of visual design.  We will work with various media and learn about famous artists.  We will integrate Math, Science, Social Studies, Writing, and Language Arts in our lessons.

Each year students in Kindergarten through Fifth grade get to:

Explore great art, many artists, and different cultures. Develop skills to understand and appreciate art. Participate in hands-on art activities and projects. Develop critical thinking skills by studying the art work of various known artist and taking a look at their own.
