Welcome, I am Mrs. P. Schofield. This will be one of the best years of learning for you in Aiken County and I am excited to be a part of this experience. I have been a teacher in Aiken County for twenty-two years and two years at Kennedy Middle School. I have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. I have a diverse background in industry with a concentration in Business and Technology. My expansive work history affords me the opportunity to share my experience with young minds.  I’ve worked in the medical field, as a Human Resources Information System Training Manager at a prominent hospital in South Carolina before joining the ranks in Public Education.  My professional employment experience allows me to integrate real-world situations into the classroom.   This year I am teaching Fundamentals of Computing and Financial Literacy.  

Outside of teaching, some of my favorite people are my Husband, Herbert Schofield, whom I have been married to for 29 years, and my two adult sons.  I enjoy spending time with Family, Friends, Traveling, Bowling, and Growing Beautiful Flowers.  I also like to ride motorcycles, binge-watch movies and series from time to time and curl up with a nice book.  I look forward to a wonderful school year with you.  “Let the Learning Begin!”
