Athletic Documents - Please download and complete before attending tryouts for your sport. A physical (dated after 4/1/23) must be on file.

Please make sure you have a signed physical form before trying out. No student may participate in tryouts without a current physical form on file. If you played or tried out for volleyball or football you do not have to get a new physical, please let coach Shuford or Prandy know ahead of time so they can retrieve your physical.
Bring proper attire; shorts, t-shirt, and basketball or tennis shoes to tryouts.
Please note the following times for grade level tryouts: TBA
Participants will be informed by the coaches as to whether they are to attend tryouts on Friday.
